100 Things

A few of my friends have done this and I have loved reading them. So I thought I would tell you 100 things about me. I don't expect anyone to read all of them...but its kind of fun.

1. I wasn’t given a middle name when I was born and I had always wanted one. If I have girls I will for sure give them middle names.
2. When I write I use a lot of smiley faces… :)
3. I like talk with my hands!...just ask some friends about the "gopher"...
4. I also use a lot of “…”when I type, text, or do anything!
5. When I was younger I told people that my older brother and sister were adopted and that I was really the oldest. No joke. I said they were my cousins and that their parents had died. I was so bad!
6. I have lived in two states, Arizona and Virginia.
7. I have lived in 6 cities in AZ. Casa Grande, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Gilbert.
8. I lived in 3 cities in Virginia. Haymarket, Alexandria, and Arlington.
9. I got on the big screen at the Monster Jam Truck Show one time. I guess it helps if you are dressed semi-nice and are doing cheerleader moves with your friends. :)
10. I was a cheerleader for 2 years in High School.
11. My senior year I did swimming and LOVED it!
12. I do believe that guys and girls can just be good friends.
13. I compare myself too much to others.
14. I can be bribed into a lot of things…
15. In Elementary school I was bribed to get the reading award and I would get a bike. I loved that bike
16. When I was on the swim team and had to swim the 500 at a meet I was not happy about it. While I was on the starting block my dad yelled out that if I finished I would get $50. I finished and not even in last place. :)
17. Kris bribed me one time to play water basketball with him and I could buy 2 new shirts. I was in the water 2 seconds later…and I got 3 shirts out of it. SCORE!
18. I feel very blessed to have my family.
19. I have the bestest friends in the world!
20. I hate it when people tell me that “I’m too happy” or too hyper.
21. I wish I could go back to college and study something else.
22. I am very proud of Kris right now in his school studies. He is doing an amazing job and I have no doubt that he’ll get into a great pharmacy school.
23. My dream job growing up was to be a model…stop laughing! :)
24. I would love to be an aerobics instructor…I have the materials; I just need to find the money and the place to take the class.

28. I am still mad at Kim for breaking me of that. :)
29. Now if I go one week without sweets I congratulate myself…with some kind of treat.
30. And I wonder why I don’t look the way I used to…
31. I can cry over anything…commercials, movies, books, songs. I am very sensitive.
32. My mom and I used to fight a lot growing up. She is now one of my best friends.

34. I have had 8 piercings, 3 holes in 1 ear, 4 in the other, and my belly button.
35. If I had to pick one type of food to eat the rest of my life it would be edamame and sushi. YUM!
36. I miss my Grandpa T. I really wish that I could’ve known him a little better.
37. I like hearing stories about my parents when they were younger and the things they had to go through.
38. I really want to try to be better at keeping a journal so that my kids can read stories about us.

65. I love 80’s music.

79. I have mixed feelings about the whole “organic” thing…
80. I am not into politics at all, which made it interesting living in DC during the last election.
81. I love hot chocolate.
82. When I go to Starbucks I make sure to order it “extra hot!” I don’t like it if it is just warm…

YAY you updated your blog finally! I love your 100 things...and I love you as a person! I am sad that we don't have more time to spend together...I miss you a lot sometimes! And I am really sorry about the whole sweets thing...but hey...those pans of Rice Krispy Treats during Friends just hit the spot, and you know it. (I also use a lot of ellipses........)

First off, I have NO idea what you are talking about with the whole taking the car thing...(I thought we were taking that to our grave!) You need a daughter first and she needs to be just like you! I could never bribe mom or dad as well as you could...actually, I have always been a little jealous about that. $50?!? I got an ice cream cone for swimming my first lap by myself...
I think you're awesome! Thanks for the fun memories and laughs!

Yeah, that whole 50 bucks thing kind of made me mad, seeing as I swam it at every meet the previous year, and at that one. I didn't know about the root beer thing, you wierdo!!
