Girl's Weekend!!

It all started on Friday night when we took Kim out for her birthday. It was so much fun! We went to House of Tricks in Tempe and had such a fun evening. We were there for a few hours just talking and eating and enjoying each others company. This just came to me but, I have lived with each girl at one point in my life. Oh the memories that we all share... :) From left to right...me, Kim, Emily, and Angela.

On Saturday Kris left early for the dunes so I slept in a little bit (yes, sleeping till 7:30 is sleeping in for me)then got up and started getting stuff done. Early afternoon Emily and I got a long overdue pedicure. It was much needed! After that Angela came to meet us and we made the trip downtown to Carolina's for a yummy green machaca mix burrito, with cheese and double wrapped. For those who have not yet experienced this place...you need to go. This was Emily's first time and she said that it was well worth the trip. After that we just hung out at their house, went shopping a bit, dinner, then back to my place to hang out some more. It was a much needed hangout with those girls and I love them dearly!!! Thanks for such a fab weekend!

Not to worry, we will not be showing up at your doorstep with our pillows and suitcases in hand. For those who are wondering...yes we did get our closing date! We are receiving our keys on Nov 29 so we will have all of next Thursday and Friday to move in. We both took off work because we have to have everything moved and the apt cleaned by the end of business day on the 30th. Its going to be a busy couple of days but I am so excited!!
