5 Things

I was tagged by my friend Julie and I know you all want to know this so....here it goes! :)

5 things I was doing 10 years ago:
1. Just beginning my senior year in high school. Class of '98 Rules!!
2. Being bummed because I didn’t make cheer but got talked into joining the swim team…the best decision!
3. Wearing my shorts WAY to short!
4. Getting mad because I had wear an outfit to school that I had already worn…the month before! My dad still makes fun of me.
5. Trying to figure out who my true friends were and learning not to care. Good ol fun high school drama!

5 things on my to-do list today:
1. Work
2. Make dinner
3. Go to class
4. Hopefully work out
5. Get excited when I go to sleep because I know tomorrow is FRIDAY!!

5 snacks I enjoy:
1. Goldfish…I love them!!
2. Fruit
3. Veggies and Dip…so good!
4. A piece of dark chocolate melting in my mouth…yum!
5. Popcorn

5 songs I know the lyrics to:
I’m with you Julie! I think I know words to songs and then I find out its something totally different! Haha But I try to do the best I can…has anyone watched “the singing bee” or “don’t forget the lyrics”? Love them!! I know for sure the lyrics to the songs below…
1. Truly, Madly, Deeply-Savage Garden
2. Every Rose has its Thorn-Poison
3. Baby Got Back-Sir Mix A lot…ha!
4. Back for Good-Take That
5. Love Me-Collin Raye
I know these are all SO random…but it’s a lot of pressure to think about songs that you for sure know the lyrics to.

5 things I would do if I was a millionaire:
1. Pay off debt
2. Go to Europe
3. Have Kris quit his job so we can get him through school
4. Buy a LR3…black…with all of the gadgets that I want.
5. Invest!

5 bad habits:
1. Cracking my knuckles…I need to stop!! (And then I just cracked them because I thought about it…geesh!)
2. Not talking about everything I’m feeling…I don’t like confrontation!
3. Comparing myself to others…its something I have always done and wish I could stop!!
4. Liking really expensive things…I can’t help it, I’m just drawn to them! And Julie I never knew about your Jimmy’s…that makes me sad.
5. Gossiping at work…I am trying to work on it.

5 things I’d never wear again:
1. This is a dangerous thing to say because styles always repeat themselves! Let’s just say that I hope that wearing all neon colors doesn’t come back…unless you need to hit the 80’s party of course!
2. Colored socks that match my outfit. I was the queen of that!! If I was wearing a red tank top under my shirt…red socks it was! Oh man…
3. Shell necklace…this one is mostly for Kris because he still has one! Not to worry, he is not allowed to leave the house with it on. Ha!
4. This makes me sad but…my wedding dress. Maybe I’ll wear it around the house just so I can wear it again. :)
5. Banana Clips. I know we all used to wear them but…they looked ridiculous!!!

5 favorite toys:
1. When I was little I LOVED Barbies! I would offer to play with my little sisters when I was older just so I could still play with them.
2. My phone. Ever have those days when you forget your phone at home and you are so worried that people are trying to get a hold of you only to go home and discover that you have been at work for 8-9 hours and you don’t have a single missed call or text message!? Oh how did we live without it??
3. Computer…especially the Internet. I would be bored at work if I couldn’t look at something exciting every day.
4. The waffle maker we got from our wedding. Its one you would find at a hotel and it makes really good Belgian waffles. If only our church wasn’t so early on Sunday so we could enjoy it more often!!
5. My wedding photo album. I know it’s not a toy but its something I really enjoy! And…one of these days I’ll start my scrapbook. I can’t wait!
